MaxFlow Filters purchased directly from this website can be returned for full refund within 14  days of purchase. We will require a proof or purchase.  Parts must be returned NEW and UNUSED for a full refund, less any 3rd party shipping costs. There will be no returns after that date. They must be undamaged and in their original package upon our receipt.

We ONLY refund the original purchase price of the product as shown on an invoice.
 

We do not offer refunds for any product that has been purchased from any other third party sellers.  This includes dealers, distributors Amazon, Ebay or any other seller. 

Due to the abusive nature of the service of our products we offer no other warranty, expressed or implied, once used.

We specifically DO NOT offer any warranty when our products are fit to saws other than those manufactured by STIHL, or air filter assemblies by other manufacturers.
